Booking through the owners rather than an agency means you receive a personal service from the very start, from experienced people who understand. We are open to concerns, questions or just a chat before you even make the booking. And if you decide Autism Family Holidays does not suit your requirements, we quite understand. Where we make every effort to accommodate all needs, it doesn't suit everyone.

When you decide you'd like to try Autism Family Holidays for yourself, a warm and personal welcome awaits your arrival.

It is our aim to ensure guests have as relaxed a holiday as possible. The entrance door will be open ready for your arrival, without the need to pick up keys.

Please inform us if you wish to place an online grocery order prior to your arrival, so we can ensure we are available to accept delivery and stock the cupboards and fridge.

Should it be required, we offer support and advice. With our long experience of working with children and young people on the autism spectrum, we feel we have a wealth of knowledge which we are only too willing to share with our guests. Be it informal chats, signposting to services or ideas on dealing with a variety of aspects on autism, we are here to help. While Autism Family Holidays is not a care provider, we will provide supervision for short periods, should parents/family need a break/support while on the premises (included in the price). Please discuss your needs with us and we will support wherever we are able, helping you make the most of your stay.

We have a growing knowledge of the local area and will advise you of places to visit to meet your needs.
